Animoca Brands’ subsidiaries, Mocaverse and MOCA Foundation, have partnered with TON Foundation and established a token-swap agreement to enhance user activity across their ecosystems
According to a press release distributed to The Block, the TON Foundation has partnered with two brands that are part of the gaming and metaverse firm Animoca Brands. The partnership aims to integrate identity and reputation networks into the Moca Network and TON blockchain ecosystems.
Mocaverse, a blockchain-based identity project, and MOCA Foundation, which supervises the cryptocurrency project MOCA Coin (MOCA), are the two Animoca subsidiaries.
MOCA and TON Foundation have engaged in a token-swap agreement to promote increased user activity between the two ecosystems.
“This partnership confirms that TON has emerged as the preferred platform for social applications and games.” The reputation system we co-develop will evolve into a robust opt-in platform that enables users to articulate their identity and values on-chain.
The Open Network (TON) is a blockchain network designed for use within Telegram’s communications platform. Toncoin, the blockchain’s native token, achieved a market capitalization of $18 billion due to the rapid expansion of numerous Telegram web3 games, as reported by The Block Prices.
