Apple is reportedly exploring a curved glass design for its 20th anniversary iPhone, a major shift that could redefine the look and feel of its flagship device.
In 2017, Apple will make a significant impact by releasing an all-screen iPhone with a notch and no tangible home button to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the iPhone.
According to Bloomberg, the organization is introducing an additional substantial redesign for the iPhone’s twentieth anniversary, including a new curved glass form factor.
Bloomberg reports that the iPhone 20, which is scheduled to be released in 2027, will feature curved glass borders on all sides. This design feature is expected to align with the new “Liquid Glass” design philosophy of iOS.

The publication’s report also indicated that Apple will introduce its first foldable phone in 2026, before the release of the 20th anniversary iPhone.
Apple is transitioning to a new screen technology for its forthcoming foldable device, potentially leading to a display that effectively conceals the fissure.
