Bybit Adds Apple Pay as Payment Option for Buying Crypto

Users can now buy cryptocurrencies with zero fees as Bybit Adds Apple Pay as a new payment option on their platform.

Bybit, a prominent cryptocurrency exchange, has declared that its Bybit Card will be compatible with Apple Pay. This new feature provides users with a more secure and private payment option. Customers can now purchase crypto assets through the Bybit app or website using Apple Pay, which improves security and convenience. This feature is available as of today.

Users of Bybit can capitalize on competitive currency rates and utilize more than 20 fiat currencies to acquire crypto assets. Apple Pay transactions will be free of fees until July 1, 2024, enabling users to invest without incurring additional expenses. With this fee waiver, the organization intends to enhance the adoption of Apple Pay.

BybitApple Pay improves Bybit Security

Apple Pay is now compatible with Bybit, which enables quicker and more secure checkout on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Users can purchase any item without creating an account or repeatedly input billing information. Apple Pay employs passcodes with a one-time dynamic security code, Face ID, or Touch ID for secure transactions.

Joan Han, the Sales and Marketing Director at Bybit, stated

“We are thrilled to offer Apple Pay to our customers as a checkout option in the Bybit app or website […] This integration represents a significant leap forward in our commitment to providing seamless, secure, and innovative financial solutions to the global market.”

Apple Pay places a high value on privacy and security. It assigns a distinct Device Account Number to each card, encrypts it, and stores it in the Secure Element, a certified microprocessor that safeguards payment information. This guarantees that the device and Apple servers do not store any actual card numbers, thereby improving security and privacy.

Bybit’s User-Centric Commitment

Bybit’s dedication to innovation is not limited to its ultra-fast matching engine and robust trading platform. The organization prioritizes user experience by providing multilingual community assistance and 24/7 customer support.

Additionally, Bybit holds a significant partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing, the incumbent champion team of Formula One, demonstrating its commitment to excellence and a dynamic approach to the constantly changing crypto world.

The exchange continues to advance in security and simplicity in the cryptocurrency purchasing process with the incorporation of Apple Pay. This action is in response to the increasing demand for user-friendly crypto investment solutions. It establishes Bybit as a leader in developing a more secure and accessible crypto landscape.
