Bybit Launches Crypto Cup 2024 Giving Opportunity to Invest

The popular Exchange Bybit launches Crypto Cup competition, which will provide users with an opportunity to invest in the contest.

Football is a sport with which the crypto world has a longstanding relationship. The Oracle Red Bull Racing team, the reigning Constructors’ and Drivers’ champions of Formula One, has partnered with Bybit, a prominent digital asset trading platform, to solidify its presence in the sports arena further. In 2024, the exchange will commence its Crypto Cup. This distinctive event offers crypto merchants and football enthusiasts the chance to win a portion of the substantial 500,000 USDT prize pool.

The Crypto Cup 2024 is scheduled from June 12, 2024, at 10 a.m. UTC, to July 14, 2024, at 7 p.m. UTC, as per the official press release. The event’s objective is to combine the dynamic nature of crypto trading with the exhilaration of soccer.

Bybit users have the opportunity to acquire Crypto Cup Tickets by engaging in a variety of activities on the exchange. Each ticket will allow them to vote for their preferred soccer teams and accumulate Crypto Cup Points, determining their respective portions of the prize pool.

In addition to the primary prize pool, Bybit provides an exclusive trip to Austria to one fortunate winner in each of the five rounds of lucky draws. This luxurious reward comprises a one-night stay at a high-end hotel and a round-trip ticket.

How to Acquire Crypto Cup Tickets?

Bybit provides one ticket for every 50,000 USDT in trading volume for perpetual and futures contracts, one for every 15,000 USDT in options trading volume, and one for every 10,000 USDT in spot trading volume. Additionally, tickets will be awarded to individuals who refer peers who deposit and trade on Bybit. Furthermore, a ticket will be issued upon creating a Bybit Cloud Wallet or a Keyless Wallet, and another ticket will be obtained by attaining a trading volume of at least 5,000 USDT using a Trading Bot.

Additionally, the exchange provides Crypto Cup Tickets to new and existing VIP users, contingent upon their VIP status. Additionally, it gives users tickets to spend with the Bybit Card or refer friends to register for the card.

Binance, the world’s largest crypto trading firm, has previously announced an exclusive multi-year partnership with Manchester United and Portuguese sensation Cristiano Ronaldo. It has also recently initiated a football initiative supported by blockchain technology. This initiative includes challenges with a prize pool of $1 million tokens.

Bybit, established in 2018, has a significant presence in the industry. Based on data from CoinMarketCap, it is the fourth-largest exchange in spot trading volumes and the second-largest exchange in derivatives volumes.

In a recent statement, Bybit’s CEO, Ben Zhou, dispelled rumors of insolvency by confirming that the company maintains an exceptionally robust balance sheet. The executive also provided a link to the exchange’s proof-of-reserves (PoR), which displays the exchange’s assets.
