The blockchain protocol of the sports platform Socios.com, Chiliz, has partnered with PUML to create a new innovative platform for sports fans.
Chiliz, a blockchain protocol that powers the popular sports platform Socios.com, has partnered with PUML Better Health to provide the first Move-to-Earn (M2E) experience for sports enthusiasts worldwide.
Chiliz announced on Friday that it will incorporate PUML into its platform to allow users to maintain their fitness while simultaneously earning rewards for each step. This announcement was made in a shared press release. PUML, a health and wellness platform, will guarantee Chiliz consumers an engaging fitness experience.
As part of this partnership, the Chiliz community will have the chance to engage in various activities, such as receiving daily rewards for every 10,000 steps they complete. Furthermore, users will have the opportunity to enhance their daily claim rewards by directly storing up to 100 CHZ, the native token of the protocol, in the self-custody wallet provided by PUML. The wallet is accessible through the PUML mobile application.
Chiliz also stated that integrating the health and wellness app into its platform will introduce additional advantages to its extensive user base, including the ability to participate in the Token-Gated Challenges that occur daily and monthly on the PUML platform. Nevertheless, users must obtain the PUML app and connect their wearable devices to monitor their steps and compete against other community members to engage in the challenges.
PUML, an in-app game coin that can be redeemed monthly for the native token $PUMLx, will be awarded to the winners. The digital asset may also be exchanged for CHZ and other fan tokens.
Alexandre Dreyfus, the founder and CEO of Chiliz, stated that the company is constantly adapting to improve its user experience and incorporate innovative solutions. He observed that the partnership with PUML will provide supporters with a distinctive method of engaging with their community through gamified fitness challenges.
According to Dreyfus, the collaboration with PUML Better Health enables the integration of fan health, wellness, and our inaugural Move-to-Earn platform into our ecosystem, providing fans with a distinctive method of engaging with their fan community through gamified fitness challenges.
The same sentiment was echoed by Damien King, CEO of PUML, who stated that collaborating with Chiliz “not only encourages physical activity but also provides a distinctive platform for fans to engage with one another in a SportFi experience.”
Concurrently, the partnership with PUML is occurring amid an increase in the integration of health and wellness into digital platforms. Clinicoin and STEPN have already made ripples in the industry, and this sector is rapidly expanding.
