Huawei, BAIC Motor Launch First Joint EV

Huawei and BAIC Motor have launched their first jointly developed electric vehicle, marking a significant milestone in their collaboration and the Electric Vehicle market

Stelato, a new brand that was created in partnership with Huawei and Beijing Automotive Group (BAIC Group), has unveiled its inaugural model, the Stelato S9, with the objective of entering the luxury all-electric sedan market in China.

The Stelato S9 was formally introduced by the Chinese technology giant at a recent launch ceremony. The initial deliveries are scheduled to occur on August 7.

The Stelato S9, Huawei’s premium sedan, is offered in two versions: the Max and the Ultra. The initial prices of the product are RMB 399,800 ($55,910) and RMB 449,800, respectively. The Stelato S9 is a component of Huawei’s HIMA (Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance) enterprise.
