The judge has set a Zoom hearing that will be accessible to the public in the interim.
The court may decide on multiple moves to exclude exhibits in addition to a petition for summary judgment.
The lawsuit claimed that by offering XRP for sale as unregistered securities, Ripple had engaged in unfair business practices and broken state and federal securities laws in California.
