This year has seen many flawed updates, and while Sonos struggles with its mobile app, it may be trying to find answers
Last week, during its earnings call, the business said it had to delay the release of two products because of work that needed to be done on software. Mark Gurman of Bloomberg says that one of these items is a set-top box that would go up against the Apple TV and other devices like Roku.
Not only that, but the company’s image has been ruined, and it will be hard to get it back. Bloomberg says that Sonos’s new Ace headphones aren’t doing well, and the company’s stock is down, even though it made some cuts.
Now, the question is whether Sonos has struck rock bottom or can still fall even further.
