UAW Files Charges Against Trump, Musk for Intimidation

UAW Files Charges Against Trump, Musk for Intimidation

On Tuesday, the United Auto Workers union revealed it has filed federal labor charges against Donald Trump and Elon Musk, alleging that both have engaged in activities that intimidate and threaten workers

The union claims that President Trump and Elon Musk tried to “threaten and intimidate workers” who were involved in strikes.

These accusations were made in response to allegations made during the now-famous interview with X Spaces that occurred on Monday evening.

You respond by stating, “That’s alright; you’re all gone,” when they go on strike. The company’s identity will not be disclosed; however, they engage in a strike.

The organization’s identity will not be disclosed. Not a single one of you remains. Trump informed Musk, “Consequently, every one of you has departed.”

According to the United Automobile Workers (UAW), which has recently endorsed Kamala Harris for the presidency, those remarks can potentially be interpreted as advocating for the termination of striking workers, violating the National Labor Relations Act.

Harris has recently received the backing of the UAW.

Elon Musk and President Trump are known to chuckle about this topic openly, and they expect working-class members to remain silent and take a seat.

In a statement published by the United Auto Workers, Shawn Fain, the organization’s president, stated, “It is completely predictable, illegal, and disgusting from these two clowns.”
