Amazon aggregator Thrasio, emerges from bankruptcy and names Stephanie Fox CEO, marking a fresh start for the company
Greg Greeley, who had previously served as the company’s chief operating officer, would relinquish his position upon the conclusion of the company’s global restructuring.
Fox, who had previously served in the position, would implement the change.
Thrasio has declared that it will prioritize profitability due to its recent acquisition of third-party merchants on Amazon.
The company had not only filed a petition for protection under the bankruptcy laws by the end of February, but it had also engaged in a restructuring plan with several of its creditors to reduce the amount of debt it owed.
At that time, Thrasio disclosed that it had secured financial commitments from its existing shareholders of ninety million dollars. The value of these commitments was ninety million dollars.
